Team retreats

A house for your team, just for you.

You get a whole house for your team: a big table to work at, quiet to think and, in the evening, sauna and stove. Nobody else is in the house.

The house lies in the Neckar Valley, 20 minutes by car from Heidelberg. Close enough to get there, far enough for a different view of your topics.

The house for you

What you need for your day

The big table

At Feni there is a big, extendable round table in the living-dining room, at Burgi a big dining table that can be extended. Here you work, eat and discuss.

Wi-Fi and equipment

Both houses have very good Wi-Fi. Projector, screen, flip chart and a facilitation kit come at no extra charge, just let me know when you book.

Quiet

Both houses are quiet. For short breaks there is the forest right at the door.

Sleeping

Four bedrooms with double and single beds, for up to 8 at Feni and up to 10 at Burgi. How you split up is up to you.

Sauna and stove in the evening

After the working day it is off to the sauna: the barrel sauna in the garden at Feni, the Finnish sauna with a rest room at Burgi. Plus stove warmth in the living room.

Invoice with VAT

You get an invoice with VAT shown separately, which you can submit at your company.

  • Evening: sauna, cook together or eat out in Neckargemünd

Day 2

  • Midday: wrap-up with a walk to Dilsberg Fortress
  • Afterwards: departure

Arriving earlier or leaving later is possible on request, for example for a team day. Just ask me.

Extras

To round it off

If you want to do something together after work: canoeing on the Neckar, a yoga class with Karin in Dilsberg, painting ceramics at Kleine Keramik in Neckargemünd or a hike on the Four Castles Trail. Just write to me, and I am happy to pass on your request.
